The staff were friendly and warm, buffet breakfast had a large variety, rooms were spacious, wireless and other functions were great.

Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with large beds. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a small indoor pool and sauna. Great location near metro and bus stations. Good buffet breakfast with a variety of options.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. We loved the location, as it was very close to the metro station and made it easy for us to explore the Eminonu area. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and well-maintained. The room amenities were also impressive, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, a mini-bar, and a turndown service. We especially enjoyed the comfortable sitting area and the in-room safe, which provided us with peace of mind. The in-room desk was also convenient for any work we needed to do.
